Elaine Calloway

Greetings, Authors After Dark Attendees and More!

I’m Elaine Calloway and I’m one of the authors who will be at Authors After Dark. There are many opportunities to come hang out with me! I’ve listed all the activities where you can find me below.

Soooo…books! I write paranormal and urban fantasy, and currently I have two series going:

Southern Ghosts Series – a paranormal mix of romantic suspense, humor, and ghost stories. My new release at AAD, THE DEBT, is in this series and I have ten books planned.

Elemental Clan Series – an urban fantasy with good vs evil themes between Elementals and Fallen Angels. I’m giving away 50% coupons for the last book in this series that releases in November, so stop by and get one at the book signing!

I grew up in New Orleans with a love of cemeteries and the paranormal. No mystery as to why now my books focus on those themes! Some folks call me “Paranormal with a Southern Twist” since my books have specific Southern locales and euphemisms.

This will be my first year at AAD but I went to TNEE in April and loved it!

So come hang out with me! Chances to meet are below:

Wednesday night, I’ll be at the welcome party. Inflatable slides? I’m there!

Thursday morning, 8 a.m., I’m co-hosting a breakfast in your pajamas event with several other authors. Come enjoy food on us!

Thursday late afternoon, I’ll be at the new release event with my novella, THE DEBT, which is part of my Southern Ghosts Series. Get the book before anyone else at the signing!

Thursday evening, 9 pm, I’ll be on the riverboat cruise with other lucky readers and authors. Come find me and say hello!

Friday at 1:00 p.m., I’m on a panel discussing ghosts and all things spooky.

Friday evening, I’ll be at the debut author dinner. Come chat, talk books, swap stories.

Friday evening after the dinner, I’m hosting a table at the Drive-In movie event! There are prizes, inflatable chairs, special movie swag, and more!

Saturday is the book signing – come see me and get coupons, books, and more.

I’m so looking forward to the AAD event and feel free to introduce yourself before then if you’re in the FB group!

Thanks! To connect with me online, go to All my facebook, twitter, pinterest, etc. links are there!

I’m Tilly Greene, author of erotic romances full of … wait, you don’t know me? Well let’s rectify that, let me tell you a bit about me.

I write hot romances and I mean scorching HOT. Yes, there is BDSM involved with most the stories and while that element helps make them steam even more, I also work to make this element relatable to those that aren’t in the life. I enjoy the heat and making characters a comfort to you as the reader and bringing them together with love and sex. Oh yes, there’s lots of sex! The fun part for me extends to the subgenres I choose to write. While I’ve written a Historical and Vampire stories, and touched on Futuristics, my focus has been on Contemporaries, Shape Shifters and Mythological Paranormals.

There, that’s a bit about me, now for the fun part … what I’m doing at Authors After Dark!

I have a bunch of stuff going on … Erotic Trivia [Thursday night], Literary Tea Party [Friday afternoon], a Coffee CafĂ© hour [Thursday afternoon], the Seventh Inning Stretch [Saturday after the signing] are the parties, I’m also sponsoring at the hotel bar called The Hellhound … have I told you I’m bringing a book called My Name is Cer as in Cerberus, the guardian of the Underworld, yah, as in Hades! … but I also have put together a gift basket with loads of goodies for folks to try and win! Don’t forget all the proceeds for to the Jasper Animal Rescue Mission so buys those tickets!

AAD is all about readers and our time as an author to stop writing and say hi, chat, relax, have fun, and make memories. Basically I’m looking forward to Savannah ☺

See you in less than a month, oh no, a month? Ahhh, I’m not ready! I will be, but I’m not ready yet!

Tilly Greene

Scorching romances full or twists, turns and ties!

Hi everyone! I’m Cassidy K. O’Connor and I have a problem. I love going to conventions but I admit I am a bit shy. This makes everything more complicated, I hope you will take pity on me and stop by to say Hi if I don’t stop you first. We can talk about my books, I have 7 out currently with one debuting at AAD. My sexy gargoyle Asald has been a big hit lately, I also have contemporary romance, sexy Irish faeries, and a beautiful YA/NA story that is very emotional.

I am driving up from Tampa, Florida on Wednesday and have lots of opportunities to meet up with you all. Friday at 10 am, Sheri Lyn and I are hosting a Q&A hour. I have a table at the Happily Ever After luncheon then at 5 pm you can come hang out with six amazing authors as we debut our ‘Twisted Fairy Tales’ anthology. You won’t believe the crazy, sexy ways we twisted the classics! I also have a table at the Fantasy ball on Saturday night. Between all of that are the panels, signing and decadent meals. Maybe I should have taken Monday off from my day job ;)

I can’t believe we have less than one month! I look forward to hanging out with you all soon.

Hello All! I’m MK Mancos – or am I?

You see, I write different genres under four names, so depending on what I’m writing at the time is what I use. Often I get questions about how I keep all the names straight. For me, it’s easy. The use of
different pseudonyms is to make it easier for readers to know what genre or heat level a particular book I write falls under.

MK Mancos writes fantasy, paranormal, and now steampunk! Yay steampunk! – it is as much fun to write as you’d expect. I can really let my creativity free and go at it with a no holds barred approach. Books I’ll be signing at AAD Savannah are Queen’s Menagerie and Weather Mechanics. My first two books in the Crown and Country Series.

Kathleen Scott writes the hotter books. Erotic paranormal romance, steamy space opera, and sensual sci-fi. Look for my soon to release London Guilds series where magic is in the air and mysteries abound. At AAD I’ll be releasing my new futuristic time travel, so come by and pick up a copy. I’ll be signing it at the New Release Event. Also, you can enter to win a signed poster of the cover done by Fiona Jayde.

Kate Davison writes contemporaries with a twist. Currently, I’m working on a small town series that starts with the book Home Field Advantage which is part of the Virtual Match Anthology. I’m
also, working on a series about stock car drivers. Can you say Hot Rods with Hot Bods? LOL.

As Cassie Sweet, I write m/m romances in all genres and heat levels. One series that I particularly enjoyed writing was my Alchemists and Elementals series. Magicians, clerics, and necromancers, what could be more fun?

I’ll be at the Drive In Movie Night and Slumber Party, the New Release Event, Blind Date Book Event, Movie Exchange, or come in and see me for Author Q & A. On Thursday morning, me and a few friends are sponsoring the AAD Readers’ Breakfast.

I’ll be placing cards with my Menagerie logo in our areas of the hotel. If you find one, pick it up and bring it to me to win a prize. Can’t wait to see you all in Savannah!

Monday, July 4, 2016

Hi everyone! I’m Lia Davis. For those who don’t know me I write paranormal romance, urban fantasy involving dark fae and other magical worlds, MM romance, and romantic suspense. I’m so excited to be a featured author at Authors After Dark in Savannah! I love the city and try to sneak away to there as often as I can. Hubby and I will be there all week (8/1-8/7). So if you are there Monday and Tuesday, you are welcome to do some sightseeing with us.

During the conference I’ll be doing a lot of events. I’m part of an anthology called Wickedly Twisted: Fairy Tales for Adults with an amazing group of authors (Cassidy K. O’Connor, Louisa Bacio, A. D. Roland, Sheri Lyn, and Gracen Miller). My story is a twisted MM version of The Boy Who Cried Wolf. It’s hot and fun! We are hosting the Wickedly Twisted party on Friday, August 5th, from 5-6 p.m. Be sure to come by and pick up some goodies and hang out for some fun!

I hope to see everyone there!

Kim Turner writes western historical romance, and discovered her passion of writing at the age of eight by writing poems, short stories and journals. Kim graduated from Clayton State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education from Central Michigan University. Working as a registered nurse educator for over twenty-six years, she enjoys studying the medical treatments of the old west as well as keeping up with the latest western movies and television series. While she loves reading anything from highlanders to pirates, she claims to have an unquenchable thirst for the American Cowboy when choosing her reads. Kim lives south of Atlanta with her husband and calls her greatest accomplishment the birth of one daughter and the adoption of another from China-neither of which came easy. Kim is a member of Romance Writers of America and Georgia Romance Writers and calls her critique group from Southside Scribes the best thing that ever happened to her writing, that and a pretty wonderful group of beta readers. Kim's Motto: It's All About A Cowboy and the Woman He Loves.

My Debut Novel is Sawyer's Rose and it was released on March 18th 2016. It is the first in the series: The McCades of Cheyenne. It is a mail order bride clashes with Sheriff story with a lot of unusual twists along the way.

Tagline: Can a sheriff set on avenging his father's death find love with a mail-order-bride who has secrets of her own?

Book Blurb

Sheriff Sawyer McCade

As if he doesn't have enough to handle between running outlaws out of Cheyenne, keeping his brother's out of trouble and avenging his father's death, sheriff Sawyer McCade's meddling mother just dumped a mysterious mail-order-bride on his doorstep. One woman can be more trouble than a band of renegades and while this one has him all stirred up, he'd rather get to the bottom of the story she isn't telling.

Rose Parker

Rose Parker had it all. Until she discovers a web of danger and deceit that sends her running to Cheyenne, posing as a mail-order-bride. Escaping the evils of New York seems sensible until she meets the unsuspecting sheriff who didn't ask for her, has no intention of marrying her and won't rest until he uncovers her secret and sends her back home.

“I’m a lawman, remember, and I read people very well. I know when I'm only hearing part of a story.”

Her blue eyes narrowed and that too-enticing flush lit her cheeks to a bright pink. She darted past him to look out across the ranch and then spoke. “I came here looking for a new life. Accepting a husband is a means to survival for any woman in the West. But getting here and finding out you didn’t send for me--” She swung around. “Well that’s certainly a relief. I thought I was going to step off the train in Cheyenne, be whisked to the judge and right into your bed. Frankly, that idea was rather frightening.”

Was she trying to be funny? It wasn’t that the thought hadn’t crossed his mind. Bedding her would be more than interesting, but he didn't need a wife. Not right now. “Then why are you here?”

“I wanted to see the West and find adventure like I told you. So why not start here? Did you read the papers I sent?” She shook her head realizing he hadn't. “I suppose your mother got those.”

He supposed so, too.

“I filled in my application." She took a deep breath, “and I realized I had led an incredibly normal life. An only child, raised by my father, schooled in the proper etiquette, sent to university and spoiled to the point I hadn't lived for myself. I am here to create a new life—my life. If you do not wish to marry, I will find my own way, which is probably best anyway.” She stared out across the horizon, blinking back tears.

“You can’t stay here alone, not in Cheyenne. I’ll get your fare paid and send you home.”

She snapped around and glared at him. “I will not be returning home, regardless of a marriage. You have no idea what I am capable of and I think that makes me somewhat of a--thorn in your side?"

Sawyer wasn't sure which was more annoying, her presence and will to stay or the thoughts she made him think. She wasn’t a thorn, but damned if he'd be able to sleep with her in the same house for any length of time.

When all he did was nod, a knowing smile spread across her face. “Good.”

As furious as he was, he couldn't take his eyes off the sway of her hips as she spun around and went inside. She couldn’t possibly think she would be staying in Cheyenne as an unescorted woman. Well, he had no intention of marrying her either and one way or the other he’d see her on a train back to New York if it was the last thing he did.

I am attending the welcome party and have a cowboy game.

I have a table at the debut.

I also am helping sponsor the breakfast.

I will have books for sale at the signing.

And I will have a lot of new swag giveaways like everyone else.

Hello everyone, my name is Kelsey Jordan and I write Fantasy romance. I currently live in middle Georgia, roughly two hours south of Atlanta, but I will always call Texas home. When not writing, I enjoy reading, being mommy to my endlessly amusing daughter, and killing pixelated characters on my current MMO of choice. Oh, I forgot to mention another hobby: napping. I don’t consider myself lazy as much as my penchant for napping is tied to my former life as a cat. Or so I tell myself.

I began writing as part of a school assignment in the eighth grade. Poetry literally saved my life, as I spent much of my teens severely depressed and suicidal. I turned to writing fiction in my early twenties. That first trip into all things paranormal quickly revealed my love for world building and all things supernatural.

This will be my first year attending AAD as an author, but I did attend last year as a reader and had an absolute blast. I’m like an overeager chihuahua right now, because who doesn’t want to get together with other readers and authors and fangirl over each other? This will be the first time the gods, Lycans, and Hunters of the Gardinian World Novels attend a convention. Don’t worry we’re all a bit ridiculous, sarcastic, yet lovely people—er mostly people.

I can’t wait to meet everyone. We can squeal over books, our favorite book boyfriends and I can give away stuff. Sounds great right? For those sitting at with me at the Debut Dinner, we’re all going to have fun being gods, because I know my Gardinian Gods are ridiculous and won’t let me attend without them. I’m also going to be on the Werewolf panel and hanging out giving away things randomly if you should stumble across me in the halls. Catch me if you can.

I will be arriving on Tuesday and hope to see all your lovely faces in August!
